June Favourites

Now that June has come to an end I thought I would show what beauty products I have been loving. I have been going for a more natural look this month with lighter makeup because it has been so hot but  I have discovered a few new products that are super great. 

Maybelline BB cream - I had previously been using the Benefit BB cream but it is a bit pricey so wanted to try something from the drugstore. I had been hesitant to try the Maybelline one because I have never really tried many of their products, but it is honestly amazing. It is really light coverage which is great for summer but still does a great job at evening out your skin tone and covering any redness. It is really long lasting and blends really nicely. 

MAC Blotting Powder in the shade light - This is a really great translucent powder which sets your makeup really well. Most other powders I have tried can look really cakey in certain areas but this one doesn’t and it keeps you matte for a really long time.

Maybelline Brow Drama gel in Dark Blonde - Before I tried this product I only ever used clear eyebrow gels and used to fill my eyebrows in with powder, but this tinted gel makes it a million times easier. The color matches my brows perfectly and the shape of the brush means that it picks up every single hair. I like to use this and then if there are still any sparse areas I like to fill them in with powder.

Givenchy Tropical Paradise perfume – Finally I have been trying a new perfume by Givenchy. This is such an amazing scent. It smells really fruity and fresh and is just perfect for summer.
